Register for NerdNation

The NerdNation Registration Fee covers admission to Educational Forums, Marketplace Mini Sessions, all General Sessions, the Senior College Transfer Fair, the Marketplace Grand Opening, the Hallmark Awards Gala and the Hallmark Awards Banquet (dinner included). Advisors also receive admission to the Association of Chapter Advisors meeting and luncheon. Remember to register early for the biggest savings!

Our official convention venue is the Henry B. Gonzalez Convention Center with the majority of our NerdNation events taking place in the Convention Center.


Registration Policies

Confirmation

The individual submitting Convention registrations will receive an email confirmation within one to two business days of submitting a registration.

Duplicate Registrations

Phi Theta Kappa cannot be responsible for duplicate registrations. If you submit a duplicate registration in error, you must request a refund (refund fees apply).

Payment

Payment is required at the time of registration. Accepted forms of payment include American Express, Visa, MasterCard or Discover; college purchase order or check. Payments by college purchase order or check must be received by Phi Theta Kappa within 30 days of submitting the registration.

Photographic Release

When submitting registrations, the individual submitting registrations will be asked to indicate agreement with the Society's Photographic Release for all persons registered. This allows Phi Theta Kappa's audio visual and still photography professionals to film and photograph Convention activities for on-site airing and future promotions.

Refund Request

The deadline for submitting a refund request is March 23, 2015, and no additional requests will be accepted after this date. Refunds cannot be issued on-site at the NerdNation Registration Booth. Refund requests submitted by the March 23 deadline will be processed after May 1. Submit Refund Request

Special Needs

Any request for accommodations of special dietary, physical, cultural or religious needs must be submitted by March 23, 2015. Phi Theta Kappa cannot accommodate all requests on an individual basis due to the large number of attendees. However, it is our goal to do everything we can to make your conference experience pleasurable. Submit a special needs request.
